The difference of the finished cloth buttons:

The handicrafts are different. Our company's processing cloth button technology is German mold technology. All sizes are produced according to the requirements of Germany and Hong Kong. Most of the button products are for the pursuit of texture, and the environmental protection interlining is glued. All products go through strict QC and select materials. All of them are environmentally friendly materials, which can pass the tensile test. They are domestic medium and high-end customers, and the price is not higher than that of Zhejiang-made cloth buttons.

Cloth button embryos, cloth button embryos are different:

1) Different materials, the new materials selected by our company are all national standard aluminum strips. Most of the materials are produced with aluminum strips with a thickness of 0.25 to 0.3 to 0.4 mm, while most of the button blanks produced in Zhejiang are recycled newspaper printing aluminum strips. The new aluminum strip is 23,000 yuan per ton, and the recycled aluminum sheet is only 13,000 tons. The recycling cost is much lower, but the quality is also greatly compromised.

  2) The technology of the materials is different. After the buttons produced by our company are stamped by an automatic punching machine, they are all cleaned and polished through several processes. The button blanks produced are environmentally friendly, good in brightness, and high in texture. The molds are all designed by top domestic technicians. Most of the button blanks meet the union technical standards.

Button blanks produced in Zhejiang, all stamped without oil, no cleaning, always shipped, not environmentally friendly, low-grade material texture, low-grade, can not be used for white cloth, or light-colored cloth, it is easy to stain the cloth.

Button moulds and button moulds are different:

3) The mold materials used by our company are all imported stainless steel, all of which are produced by button molders for many years, and most of the molds are produced by CNC lathes. The mold data are all computer-designed, and the buttons packaged are very standard. Low defect rate, stainless steel mold does not rust, will not stain light money fabrics, durable, reliable quality

Zhejiang-made molds: all are cast iron, the size is very non-standard, after the mold plating layer is broken, the mold is easy to break and is not durable.

  In summary, Zhejiang molds and button blanks are all non-international standard in size. Most button molds and Cantonese button blanks cannot be used in common. The actual size of 40L only reaches 38L, or 39L, while 32L only reaches 31L size, cutting corners. It is the standard of Wenzhou goods, and their prices are relatively advantageous.
